Peel High School has a strong Agriculture program where all students have access to the Agriculture curriculum. Year 7 and 8 students rotate through a Technology Mandatory program where they study at least one term of Agriculture. Further to this, students are able to choose Agriculture as an elective in Year 8. We also offer the 200 hour Agriculture program in Years 9 and 10 which leads into the Preliminary and HSC Agriculture and Primary Industries courses.

Our school operates a fully registered Suffolk sheep stud and a commercial beef cattle enterprise. Our students exhibit sheep from our Suffolk stud at local shows, the Sydney Royal Easter Show and the NSW Sheep Show at Dubbo each year and have won numerous classes at each event.

Our farm offers students the opportunity to grow vegetables, operate machinery and learn a variety of livestock and general farming skills. Our poultry enterprise supplies fresh eggs and we breed exhibition poultry. Students incubate eggs and have the opportunity to take the newly hatched chickens home.
