Term 3 2018 Sport choices

PLEASE NOTE – NEW PROCESS FOR SPORT

Students are now sent an email to their school email address to select their Sport choices. Once they have selected their Sport, they need to print their receipt and have it signed by their parent/guardian. This acknowledges that you accept the cost of that Sport for the remainder of the term. Students are not allowed to change Sports during the term.

• Due to the constant increase of students not bringing money for sport or not attending the correct sport a new process was implemented during Term 2 2018.
• If you cannot attend your correct sport on a Wednesday, a note from home should be bought in and this is given to the Sports Coordinator before school on Wednesday.
• If you need to do a free sport at school and you are not originally on the roll, you must sign up with the Sports Coordinator before recess on Wednesdays. Failure to sign up before recess will result in students attending Sports Detention or receiving a fractional truancy letter home.
• Continued fractional truancy will result in a pre-suspension and the normal discipline policy will be followed.
